Started my Test E 4 weeks prior to Deca. Test E started during a mini-cut to prevent any potential muscle loss. Deca brought in at start of Bulk phase

Ok, I’ll see how I fare without Duta first time round with Deca. Hopefully hairloss will not be too pronounced on this cycle. The Test hasn’t caused too much damage, my hair just started receding slightly following my 2nd cycle. Suppose its just part and parcel of the game

Are your carbs high? I find consuming high amounts of carbs makes me really lethargic. It doesn’t bother me so much when timing carbs around workouts because the post-workout feast puts me straight to sleep.
Plus, you’ll be working hard to gain strength for the DL meet no doubt? Sure that will be tiring you out too if you’re really pushing yourself and growing

Peptopro is my go-to for intra. I normally have 50g Intra and thats it. Carbs knocks my focus intra workout. Mix unflavoured with Sugar free squash. Used to add in some EAA’s too but didn’t notice a difference when I didn’t so stopped.
Surprised to see people say 35g is too much. 50g of Pepto is only 47g Protein. I’d have about that per meal, this is just a meal replacement for me whilst I workout

My split currently is Upper Tues, Lower Wed, off Thurs, Upper Friday, Lower Saturday, off Sunday & Monday. No hard and fast rules. Could do Upper Lower Mon & Tues, Thurs & Fri and have the weekend off and if you can’t train a Friday switch your Legs to a Sunday that week. Just because you can train 5 days a week, doesn’t necesserily mean you should. Depends if your enhanced or not and your rate of recovery.
