    Yes, i’ve used insulin pins for delts, but currently injecting 1.5ml per shot, so it is not an option (using oranges instead).

    My delts are probably the easiest to shoot with my quads being the problem area time & time again

    Yes, blasting & cruising means they never come off. You blast with a supraphysiological dose for a set number of weeks, check bloods, if they’re out, you drop to a cruise dose which is just higher than average test levels for a number of weeks and re-test bloods, see if they’re back to normal before deciding whether to blast again.

    But if you haven’t even ran 1 cycle yet, you won’t be at that stage.

    Can you tell us what your stats are (as asked above) so we can get a better picture of where you’re at and advise accordingly?

    Check Dr Dean’s video out about PCT Protocol. That will highlight when to get bloods depending on what you have taken.

    My current health supps are:
    High dose Omega 3 (5g per day i think) by Puori from Amazon
    Liver, Heart, Kidney & Blood Pressure Stack from Supplement Needs
    Vit D3 & K2 from Supplement Needs

    Josh may be blasting and cruising. I’m not sure as I don’t follow him that closely.

    But you will likely see great results from 12 weeks of bulking on cycle. No need to continue, just pct correctly, keep cals high and maintain as much as possible then roll into the next cycle after your 12 weeks off. Don’t try to rush things.

    Can I just ask what are your stats?
    Height, weight, age, bodyfat %, how long you’ve been training for and what your overall goal is?
    You seem to be creating a lot of threads asking very similar questions when you could just contain everything in one ongoing thread. That way the people who respond will be notified everytime you post. Rather than being notified amongst 3 or 4 different threads and not being able to get a full picture of what it is you’re asking advice for

    I wouldn’t say stop, I’d just say get the best out of the least and if you haven’t got the best out of yourself naturally yet, then yeah, wait until you reach that point. Surprised you are asking for opinions yet you’d already started haha

    Thanks everyone for the replies. I thought there may have been a LBM multiplied by x sort of formula to decide your cruise dose. Glad I asked because I thought it was just dropping down to a test level that would be similar to that if you were natural (70-100mg per week).

    I’ll drop down to 125-150mg per week and see how I fare. Makes sense seeing as I have more mass than the average natural person.

    And at the minute Oliver, I’m not competing, just aiming for my ideal physique as safely as possible. I may compete in the future, but only if I ever think I could place near the top, otherwise what’s the point? Haha

    Currently around 190lbs stage weight (approximation using the mirror as my bodyfat scales are not very accurate).

    No-one truly recovers and if you notice anything about the members on this board and almost all forums, people tend to never come off (fully). In other words, your first cycle will go so well in comparison to your natural bulks/preps that you will likely want to do another and so on until, before you know it, you’re blasting & cruising and not ever fully coming off.

    As long as you’re educated enough about what you’re doing and sensible with getting as much out of as little as possible, coupled with your current bodybuilding lifestyle, you could achieve great things. But do not take steroids lightly, make sure it is the choice YOU want to make, not giving into peer pressure because your friends want you to do it (even if their intentions are good). It has to be your choice. Its a very expensive game as well, remember that. Make sure you can afford to before all else because you’ll need the supplements and AI’s on hand when you need them if your health says so

    I believe SARMs still shut you down. I’d prep naturally until you’re ready to take the dive into anabolics and then hit them properly. If you have the right attitude and methods now, it will only benefit you down the line

    60 mins pre with anavar (not used Tbol) and i don’t split mine across the day because I’m already using an injectable long-ester alongside it, so its simply for increasing strength during a low-calorie phase

    As far as I’m aware ketotifen does upregulate the receptors that Clen burns out. But there’s a misconception that when the sides of clen wear off (after 3 days) then those receptors are down-regulating and thats not the case from my experience. Keeping clen in at 40mcg for 6 weeks i didn’t notice a drop in my elevated resting heart rate until the end of week 6. That would be when you could introduce ketotifen or increase dosage.

    I prefer this low-dose method to tapering up to a really high dose for 2 weeks then coming completely off for 2 weeks. It seems to produce better long-term results for me

    Agree with the other two guys. If you’re fat then cut weight naturally. Otherwise you’ll waste your best cycle on gaining no tissue, just losing bodyfat (and if you’ve got no real tissue to hold onto its entirely pointless)
