    Trestalone is a horrible drug buddy may be to do with it.
    At this time only thing I can advise is challenge your self and test what your made off push past boundary

    Ur not wrong mate. I started on 10mg daily then upped it to 15mg. Thought I would try 20mg daily that was a no go. That fuked my head. I’m useing 15mg at the moment daily but even that feels strong. I sometimes feel I can’t think straight. It’s hard to describe

    Hey dean, me and james have done a video on trestolone, I suggest you watch that video and then review your cycle as this drug can be known to have an effect on mental state of mind. The fact that your going through some relationship stress will not be easy. I’ve been there myself and it was horrible but the situation was helpless so I had to push on and go into a dark place.

    Hi Lou. I’m using 15mg a day plus 50mg anavar and t5s. I upped the trestalone to 20mg daily but put it back down it was too strong at 20mg daily

    Dean this is all very normal on prep/dieting. Hormones are all over the place due to the drugs used if assisted, and if not assisted just the low body fat, being in a deficit, lack of sleep etc will affect how the brain functions and processes things.
    Keep yourself as busy as possible. Keep from being in the house alone whenever possible. I find that helps.
    As for trestolone James and Louis did a video on this. James had to stop using it. So I’d drop this out.

    Hi Tim. It could be a number of things as I’m having some problems in my personal life at the moment. I’m useing 15mg of trestalone a day , 50mg anavar and t5s. I did up the trestalone to 20mg at one stage but was too much so lowered it back down

    Hey mate. Deep into a diet phase you will experience all sorts of emotions. Some days you are on top of the world and some you can be in a dark place this is one of the reasons it takes resilience to complete a prep or heavy diet phase to a good standard. A good way to look at it is that the situation is always temporary and on bad days it can only get better and look at the bigger picture. Trestalone can have very harsh sides, I know guys that’s pretty much crumbled on the stuff psychologically so that’s maybe worth looking at.

    What does the rest of your diet look like? It could be a fibre or fat issue depending on what your other meals look like. It could also be an electrolyte issue if you sweat a lot during training, particularly doing twice a days. Another cause of constipation could be stress.

If not, it may just be the stage you are in your prep with the amount of food you’re having or water intake/stress/sleep/sweat loss etc. You could try adding a fibre supplement and/or increasing water intake, but if you are still suffering after several days, then go and see a doctor.

    That could well be the issue then. Stress plays havoc with all systems in the body. My advice would be.. Take a day off training, go get yourself a nice relaxing massage, drink plenty of water and chill ????

    I’m taking the day off today. Done my 40mins fasted cardio and then that’s it. I may even take a rest Tommorrow aswell. The only reason why I’ve trained double sessions Monday Tuesday Wednesday this week is because I’ve been on holiday from work and it keeps

    1 same as training day
    2 100g sweet potato 200 turkey mince green beans
    3 half avacado 200g turkey mince green beans
    4 same as 2
    5 same as 3
    6 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs

    Meal 1 (pre) 80g oats 50g whey 50g berries 15g almond butter
    Meal 2 post 90g coco pops 50g whey
    Meal 3 60g dry weight jasmine rice 200g 2% turkey mince green beans
    Meal 4,5. Half a avacado 200g turkey mince green beans
    Meal 6 10 egg white

    Add a bit more salt to your diet if you don’t have much, also make sure you’re consuming calcium, magnesium and potassium. Are you using any fat burners?

    Hello guys, so had a refeed yesterday. Currently 2kg up sitting at 90kg.
    Energy levels aren’t much much better today but I know it’s short lived.
    But at least I can get the most out of my training session later ????
