    Hey buddy I can go deep on hack, sounds like ankle flexion and lack of mobility maybe tight calf’s hands why steeper foot plate helps as it naturally stretches it setting you in a better position.
    Being taller always position your feet toward the edge of the plate so you don’t have too much knee travel over the toes and use a foam roller across your upper back so that you can force hips back into the lower pad.

    Watch mine and Kuba’s leg video, we use it in the pendulum.

    Sports massage and stretching may help also.

    So this is not your conventional hack squat. This is a linear Hack Squat. Do you follow me and @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen on Instagram? Go find our videos using this machine. We use an extra pad for the mid back so that you c an drive hood back.

    Did you watch mine and Kuba’s leg video with the pendulum using the foam roller across the traps. Same principal of forcing hips back making body posture much better for the movement. [/quote]

    Stick with oats for prep buddy. Ground rice is the one for offseason digests easily and can make it small volume wise… I can cook 80g oats to 500 g with all extra water Cooked slow on a hob

    like Corinne says if you get a good feeling the need to go rock bottom may not be necessary. it’s a very individual thing

    As Meg says don’t increase the amount thinking there calorie free, everything needs accounting for and monitoring ????????

    Closer to show of cut to 1 and even closer especially last week cut sauces and sugar free items ????????

    Have you tried different foot placings? Or possibly reducing the load, looking at your footwear, mobility exercises prior?

    When I first started dieting I made the mistake of taking a pre workout with stims in. A hour after I’d taken my shreadable pre cardio. Bad choice!!!
