    Thid is normal at this point, I’m on my 13th week of a 14 week dieting phase and going through the same.

    You have to ask yourself, what’s more important? Getting a pump or the finished product?
    Because this is just a phase you are passing by.

    Only thing I can advice is adding pump agents . JP’s PREPARE should help ????

    What’s your thoughts on the linear hack mate. I use ours at our gym as i feel I can really drive through with my legs rather than my lower back. I use it for hacks but I also do split squats on it aswell [/quote]

    I love split squat on that its perfect.

    I have to use it with a pad on Lowe back for it to hit the spot of me

    Yea I use ours for hacks and also later in sesh do split squats. We have a cybex hack aswell but for some reason it pounds my lower back

    Like all things in prep just keep them constant and consistent buddy ????????

    As Meg says don’t increase the amount thinking there calorie free, everything needs accounting for and monitoring ????????

    Closer to show of cut to 1 and even closer especially last week cut sauces and sugar free items ????????

    It’s only thing getting me through dieting

    I personally don’t, but if it’s something that you have been doing consistently there’s no issue in continuing to do so if it doesn’t cause you any digestive issues. I would only advise against adding in ‘Zero calorie’ drinks and sauces during a dieting phase if it’s something new that you haven’t been using and then start throwing more and more in. They do contain some calorie value and can add up if not careful.

    I use sauces Claire. Sugar free ketchup ect. But I only have 1-2 cans daily of the Pepsi

    also…depends on your current composition

    if you are now pretty lean..then keep carbs higher

    if youre currently still holding a good chunk of fat, then your insulin sensitivity will be lower and need for carbs will be lower to in this case I would pull carbs

    also depends on your job/neat/training too

    if you sit at a desk you need less fuel from carbs….if youre a roofer for example, you will need more carbs

    also – are you having cheat meals and extra refeeds?

    so super hard to say without any context

    sunday I train legs late on at night but normal training days I train after meal 1

    Hi there. I work in a warehouse. Constantly on my feet on the go. I do 45 mins cardio post training except after leg day. My cheat meal is once a week after legs on a Sunday. With my pre leg meal which is turkey and rice I have 2 muffins aswell.

    @Dean Herbert Its the hammer strength pullover im using btw. I have to use a wooden block to prop it into a more favorable position to start. Then the block drops away giving the ROM.

    I think the issue may be that im trying to over stretch the movement. No problems feeling and contracting the lats, but i think at the bottom i’m trying to really force the stretch, and this is taking the focus off late, and onto triceps. Had a play about today, and it felt a lot better with a slightly shorter ROM.

    Yea the hammer strength is late loaded one is good but the start position is horrible

    It depend on type of cardio you are doing some batters legs more than others. Opt for liss and cardio that won’t really have your legs battered but still have heart rate at around 130. In prep I use stairs on speed 4 which is super slow it keeps my legs fresh but does the trick for fat loss

    Drop interval far too demanding and will impact recovery way toommuch. Liss will do the job buddy!

    When you are in a caloric deficit you will be in a state of depletion anywas. So like the others said, it’s part of the process.

    But i wouldn’t start with 45min daily. I would start with 30min 3 times a week an work up when progress is stalling
