The carb content won’t change once it’s cooked. Whatever your packet says the carb content of 50g of uncooked jasmine rice is… this will remain the same once cooked.

I’ve lowered from 60g dry to 50g dry so u reakon cooked will be roughly 10g carbs less?

Yes. It’s because they contain dhma which is speed based. I was lucky to get my hands on some. I’ve been using them 14 days there fukin rocket fuel. Got five week left on them. One a day is maximum for sure

Hi Clare. I used them yesterday. I was useing grenades which were good. I took one pre training at 1pm and was still wired at 9pm

Hi buddy! I do weigh myself everyday to be honest just so I can keep an eye on things but it’s not necessary at all I dont think. When your dieting to lose fat realistically you should really be dropping a bit of weight each week unless your introducing Anabolics and then composition can change and weight can remain the same or even increase and the same when your trying to gain muscle it’s good to keep an eye on things as if your weights going up slowly and your composition isn’t changing and your getting stronger you know your building some good quality tissue! Keep an eye but don’t obsess id say!

I cook raw weight measurements but generally know what that equates to cooked incase I ever need to buy cooked meat for convenience.
