Are you weighing at the same times in the day. Fasted? Using the same scales? Everything needs to be exactly the same.
Also note what time you last ate before bed as if you ate late this could affect your morning readings

Yes joe. I am. I’m nothing bothering with scales now lol. Just way I look. When I was bulking I could go to bed at 21stone, wake up at 20.7 basically loseing 7 pound over night then have my first meal and weigh 21.3. Lol. I did. Little experiment once so after my first meal I’d put 10pound back on lol

I personally use the Heinz No Added Sugar and Salt Ketchup (light green label) it tastes great and the macros aren’t bad at all. I think if you start prep with this in your diet. Keep it in for the duration and your still getting in good condition there’s no reason to cut out out. If your not losing fat then maybe pull it out. I personally kept it in for the entire prep but I only had it maybe once or twice a day on beef meals so didn’t really use much and I don’t use sauce on other meals. You can find this in the larger supermarkets with the other Heinz ketchups. The smaller food stores don’t sell it.

Haha yes it does get dry mate!! Have a look for the green one the macros are even much better than that one and the difference in taste is minimal!!

I basically hav it on all my meals apart from pre bed meal. My egg whites my 2 chicken meals , my Turk mince meal and my steak meal lol. 5 out of 6 meals I have it lol. I prefer it to useing loads of water to wash food down lol[/quote]
That’s what I used to do drink loads of water with it but that messes up my digestion too much so I don’t drink with meals anymore! I do salt my food quite heavily that usually makes it easier to get down!

so far sitting at around 700 carbs… was going to cut it there but hey.. I’ll see the day through and see what tomorrow brings.. not exactly a small person and I’ve seen little guys push a thousand plus that are 212 ! Hahah experimenting is fun

I tend to roll onto lower back

Is the set up that’s comfortable for you an issue?
No. If I have the back rest not as steep my lower back moves out of place so I have to set it at its steepest
