I don’t see anything wrong to be honest but you just gotta ask how much is too much?

95% of Himalayan salt is sodium chloride & sodium chloride has been known to raise blood pressure ..but if you aren’t going over board with it then the Himalayan salt in the right amount is actually healthy for you

James I’ve found that. If I take it too far down even on decline I like to stop 3-4 inches before because any lower and my joints are fryed

Perhaps it’s just the restricted movement then. Or you’re using the smith machine to your advantage by still rotating. See lots of people do it. Try get a video of you pressing

Is it a Smith machine that moves on an angle. If so make sure you’re pushing the weight up and back towards your head. When pressing the other way it causes you to almost shrug and interally rotate which can stress joints.

Personally I prefer to weigh rice dry weight because of the water discrepancies..but if it works for you & it fits your macros then I see no problem sir.

300 usually a month but can do Upto 400. 6.50/KG for chicken in my local butchers, £6 for 30 eggs at my local farm, tend to shop mostly at Aldi… I buy 8 packets of uncle Ben’s rice to last the month for convenience but buy 2kg to prep in the microwave. it’s way cheaper than them 250g packets

    Yea I’m
A fan of Lidl for there turkey mince

Can’t see anything wrong with this dude, some guys like microwave rice some use a rice cooker. Doesn’t matter in my opinion just get it down ya and if this is an easy way to cook it then I say fire on.

It just makes life easier. I basically half the bag after cooked which gives me my 50 carbs

Depends on how much you plan to eat and what fits your daily macros, Always weigh the rice dry, If you weigh it cooked you will always have a different weight because of water weight

As long as it’s a small amount with each meal there is no harm – maybe try season chicken and cook it so it’s super tender and not dry you’ll find you won’t need so much extra sauce ????

Meg I do but my chicken comes out like brick lol
Haha ???? try making your herbs seasoning into a paste with hot water before you put it on your chicken to marinate (leave it as a fillet/breast don’t chop it small). Then cook it in air fryer on 180 for 14 mins, oven on 180 for 18 mins or on a griddle pan on a medium heat till it’s just cooked through and if it’s still dry then I blame the chef ????????????
I think I better stick to the ketchup lol
