Views on what? If it fits into your calorie/macro allowance, doesn’t affect your digestion and is helping you stick to your plan… then crack on!

Rest day today before it’s density day tomorrow…
Recovery wise I have had a lie in till 11:00am this morning, simply out of routine & when it’s rest day I like to give my stomach a break and start eating later as opposed to meal 1 at 5:30am.

Second thing I’ll do later is go for a sauna session. I’ll switch between steam room and sauna 15 minutes a time till I hit an hour.

I find I have the best quality sleep after a steam and sauna session, so I try to go every Sunday , I also use it as time to catch up with my friends .

Then I suppose later it’ll be an early bed. For me. ????

I can’t use sun beds at moment mate unfortunately. I used to be black. Addicted to melanotan and sun beds but unfortunately got early stages of skin cancer. So haven’t used beds for six month. But the pre sounds good if it’s the prepare lol !

How is the quality of the Iceland chicken mate? Aldi is a bit hit and miss – sometimes the breasts are like rubber. [/quote]

Deep into Offseason when foods highest I’ll spend around £100-£120 a week. Then prep can be as low as £60 a week towards tail end.

I get a fair few bits from Aldi as I find quality and taste are decent but then other bits I’ll get from Morrison’s as there’s certain branded stuff I’m a bit of a snob about.

That’s quite low for offseason bro. I’m snobby two lol. I get my minced turkey from Lidl but there’s certain brands I like to use like new your bagels lol
