I can push 70 a side decline smith press but only 60 on s barbell.

I’ve done heavier barbell than I have Smith. I’ve done heavier bench paused reps with a smith though. It’s all preference and tbh it doesn’t really matter which one you can lift more on. Use the one which works best for you or even cycle both into your training programme to get max benefit or progressing both movements

I just wanted to clear a argument up. I can see were people are coming from because u get a better strength curve from barbell I imagine

I eat predominantly fish as It’s easier to eat and digests well. Could try changing your protein source. The wrap option is also fine if it digests well and makros are the same.

Yea I like my minced turkey at times but I’m Going to change my chicken rice meal to chicken tortilla wraps or pitta

Matt I can’t face it wat so ever. I used nearly half a jar of Nando’s sauce And still cudnt face it. Had to wash it down with water

My only meal I can stomach at the moment is my post work out. Baked potatoe and steak with two rice crispy bars. That’s only one I enjoy !
