Cheers guys. Basically sleep is shit at moment. I work nights so a solid 6-8 hours sleep is hard , I work 2200-0600 shifts. My plan is to be in bed by 7am in the morning and sleep a good solid 6 hours but that never happens, drugs wise I’ve not used anything since October 2018 due to a health scare.

I worked doors for over ten years in Doncaster. It’s a case of eat on the job when you can lol
I was always lucky to be able to eat on door or have my shakes ( back then I drank most of my meals)
Then I was HD so I did what I wanted when I wanted normally I’d eat my meals across road and watch door ha priorities my friend

Yea James I found pre intra post is the most important. Other times I just eat when ready

Pre work out meal before back and legs is 2x choc muffins and 3x skyr yogurts. Abit Like James Hollingshead did
