The chest press is just a horrible start position. You have to dig it out too deep -

I needed to rest my legs from eod work today , knees were sore . So I did upper rehab work and did some very light movements . My tendons are sore now but we shall see if they adapt and improve , or if it sets them back . I will know by sat morn I’m sure and then I can decide if I repeat and progress , or just do eod legs with rehab again_________________________________________

Extremely normal to experience uncontrollable levels of hunger after a prolonged cut. Our hunger hormones, leptin and ghrelin control our appetite and indicate to us when we’re full, but after dieting these signals are essentially messed up meaning we don’t feel full and have an insatiable appetite.
We’ve all been there, so don’t worry and it gets easier when you know what’s coming. It’s really a case of will power and holding yourself back. Don’t restrict yourself too much though and have the odd treat, but try to eat high volume foods. I find Greek yoghurt to be a good one that fills me up with limited calories. Stay busy too!
Don’t beat yourself up about what’s happened and don’t try to compensate with cardio, just draw a line under it and move on.

http://www.trainedbyjp-nutrition.com – highest quality supplements on the market.Like I say Claire I’ve been in a big cut since June 19 a big deficit. Got in good Knick , but weight crashed big style and wasn’t happy with how flat I looked so like I say I’m cruising now for 6-8 week so instead of continuing with the cut I’m useing These 6-8 week to fill back out and get weight back up abit but keep as much condition as I can still before I blast and cut and go again in a defecit in 6 week if that makes sence ???
What’s the goal? Are you cutting again to compete or just to get leaner? Sounds like you may need longer than 6 weeks to get yourself out of this hole, so if you haven’t got a deadline to reach, then I would increase calories and maintain for a while before taking yourself back into a deficit._________________________________________

Hi Clare. I’m looking around September October time now to compete. I wasn’t happy with my look. Even though I got pretty pealed I looked stringy as my weight crashed. At 6ft 4 it’s hard to stay full. So while I cruise I have out food up considerably to fill out. I’ll see how I look after these 6-8 weeks and make a desisision. I want to hold 80% of my condition while I cruise if possible -
Post show it’s very common, usually last 4 to 6 weeks for me i can eat everything in site, i try and stick to healthy filling foods and then one meal off a day. Eventually your appetite will calm down.

I was cutting from June 2019 and got in good shape but weight crashed to much and lost a lot of tissue. So wat I’m doing now for 6 week while I cruise is use these 6 weeks to fill back out abit while trying to keep most of condition then after 6 week blast again and cut, that make sence???
ah i see m8, Its gona be tough to head back into a cut, particularly if you’re appetite is at an all time high. maybe ride the rebound for aslong as you can then when your ready and sick of food you can move into a cut. I’ve made the mistake of not taking enough time off prep and when i go back to it my mind is more on food than the end result._________________________________________

Yea it’s bad. I want to use these 6 week to fill back out -
Add 1 cookie per day to your calorific allowance
Don’t restrict foods you crave add them in and make them fit your macros.
Really as simple as that don’t look at any food and thing you can’t have it
If there’s a specific time where you are hungry at most maybe try to have more calories there too_________________________________________

Hi kuba. It’s normally after training mainly. Expessially back or legs I’m hungry as fuk lol. Like I said I’ve been in a defecit since June 2019 and wasn’t happy with my weight dropping so much despite refeeds ect. So basically I cruise for 6-8 week now and I’m useing this 6-8 week cruise period to fill back out again while trying to hold onto as much condition as possible, then after these 6-8 week go back into a cut again and blast with plans to complete this year if that makes sence bud?
Safe some calories from
Meals your not quite as hungry at for your post workout meal bud
I would opt for a mix of cream of rice and oats as you can really bulk it up through cooking it.
I wouldn’t consider going back into a deficit or a prep
When your binging bud it’s a recipe for a disaster for your mental health and food issues_________________________________________

Hi Stefan , my strategy? -
Yeah really normal. Just enjoy food again. 8 cookies a night may not be ideal though lol. Give yourself an off plan meal at the weekend and that should help control the binging because you’re saying essentially it’s part of the plan to have something that’s not chicken and rice.

Hi Tim. Hope ur well. basically I was cutting since June 2019 up until beginning of this week. I’ve basically started a cruise phase for 6-8 week on 250mg test e a week only. I got in great shape but wasn’t happy with my weight crashing down and felt really flat and stringy as I’m 6ft 4 and felt my weight crashed too much despite refeeds ect. So my plan is to complete this year instead. But wat my plan is basically is to used this cruise period of 6-8 week to get my weight back up abit and fill back out before starting a blast and a cut again after this cruise has finished in 6-8 week if that makes sence to u???
-
Hi Dean, it’s all a mental game really. If you want to enjoy food just enjoy it buddy. If you do really want to keep it clean then I would suggest largely increasing your calories. I’m at a point right now where I’m eating so much clean food the thought of any junk food makes me feel sick! It’s not a nice place to be in trying to force growth but atkeast I don’t get the cravings. Might be worth trying that or Atleast implementing clean foods that you enjoy into your nutrition plan so you can enjoy food within your macros and stop cravings.

Hey Dean ! Everyone’s has been there especially after such a long diet ! Some cookies won’t ruin your hard work during the last month, stop stressing yourself.
What always helped me is to eat high volume food post competition phase .. as example
eggwhites with cooked oats instead of whey with oats, potatoes instead of rice , lots of veggies and from time to time a high carb meal of my choice_________________________________________

Hey Dean,
I completely agree with Clare on this one! Especially not beating yourself up about it or trying to out do what has been done! Draw a line and move on! Try to find things that you can put in place to limit the binges, like staying busy, not restricting too much, increasing food volume with veggies etc xx_________________________________________

Hi. Like I’ve just said to Claire I’ve been cutting since June 19 and got myself in good condition but wasn’t happy about how flat I looked despite refeeed ect. So these 6 week while cruising I’ve upped food and I am useing the cruise phase to fill back out and get weight up a little before I blast and cut again in 6 week if that makes sence?

So I think your looking at this wrong.
What you should you expect means you have no control over the outcome.
What do you want from this phase ? Then do what is needed to achieve it.
You should be able to grow some dam good tissue as this isn’t a cruise but a cycle – your taking twice the TRT dose do your likely double normal range of test
Coming out of a diet n eating well. Long as your training your arse off you should grow IF that’s your goal

Hi hilly. The goal in this cruise phase is to fill back out for 6-8 week before blasting again and going back into a defecit. As my weight has crashed too low whilst trying to hold on to as much as my condition as possible so we’re ready to go again in 6-8 weeks
