Nothing major no bruising still finished session on gay weights so log book was out of window…. pretty fucking pissed ordered some peptides and booked in for physio already so hopefully gets sorted

If you weigh 200g raw chicken and cook it. It will come out roughly 150-160 but the protein content doesn’t change. It just loses water weight. The protein and calorie content are still the same even though it weighs less it’s just water it loses. Nothing else

Christmas Day. Lovely day with the family and then Jess joined us in the evening for some games. Nice and chill just how I like it.
Ate whatever I fancied. Salmon and eggs for breakfast. Then ham sandwich. Then xmas dinner. Another ham sandwich. Toblerone and milky buttons. And then yoghurt oats and protein powder to finish the day off.
Back to the gym tomorrow after a much needed week off. Recharged and ready to go.

I took the piss two. It’s the first day I’ve had off plan since starting cut. 3 of my meals were on plan then rest was chocolate, Xmas dinner, trifle , turkey sarnies. One day won’t hurt will it
Exactly mate. It’s a nice mental break and time to relax and enjoy with others. As long as you are pushing to the max the rest of the time it’s definitely needed and can be factored in.

Merry Christmas all!!! Nothing to report today. Spent time with the family this morning and a typical chilled Christmas day from there. I had 0 carbs for my first 4 meals and just pro/fat my next meal I will have off, I’m fancying chicken fajitas so I will have them, then my usual burger and chips to finish. looking forward to the next couple of day of training as I think some pbs are going to get smashed. let’s finish 2019 like we mean to go on…

I’ve took the piss today really but it’s one day since I’ve been cutting. Won’t do no halm will it. I don’t drink but indulge in plenty of food. Back on plan Tommorrow. Was dinner and a few bits of chocolate and trifle. And left over turkey sarnies lol
Yesss. As long as you enjoy yourself buddy then go for it if you cant let go on Christmas day then when can you and like I say 1 day will not do any harm at all. Just think of the massive pump next time you are in the gym haha
It made me feel better that I watched a video on Jamie the giant and his 10k refeed when he was prepping a couple year back. He ate everything. Pizza chip buttys , job lot. So if he can do it while prepping I can lol. I’ve ate celebrations , trifle, cake , chocolate , but it’s one day. Won’t do fuk all. If Jamie can in prep. I can lol

Hi Dean, cutting down on cardio could be a good idea or up your food a little to slow down the dramatic weight loss. Either will do the job!

Hi Dean, yes for now. Keep an eye on things like digestion and cardiovascular failure during your workouts. If both of these are fine continue without, if you start having problems introduce back in and up food.
