I think that’s a good idea personally Dean. That is a large amount of steps and you dont want to add food to slow the rate of weight loss down so reducing overall output is the way to go. Keep a track on your weight and see how you get on with this approach, if it’s still dropping fast, one of the days off possibly total rest is needed but see how the reduced cardio works first.
Yea gunna cut it back. 30 mins direct cardio on my non work days and zero direct on work days. Like I say on my work days I’m averaging minimum 28000 steps that’s with out including the direct cardiovascular

If you cant cut back on output because of your job I would slowly reduce your cardio until your weight loss is decreasing at a better rate. Cardio in this scenario is purely to add output and put us in a deficit, with your output been so high its likely you will need very little to 0 cardio until the latter stages of your cut depending on how far you want to take it.
Hi jimmy. Like I say I normally do30 mins daily on treadmill. But my steps average is rediculars per day and the total doesn’t include cardio My job makes me to minimum average 28000 a day. So with the cardio included would be well over 30000 average. What do u reakon to my idea , like I say my days off from work are Sunday Mondays. So if I still did 30mins cardio on my days off Sunday Monday and on work days zero direct cardio??? What u reakon ?? Some of my daily figures on steps are like 43000, 38000 36000 and most around 26-28000 but this like i day is without my 30 mins direct cardio included

It’s a very strong drug the only time I will consider using again is possibly in prep. But again all depends how body feels. I much favour drugs that aren’t as harsh right now

I’m 6ft 4 and am currently in prep , currently having two refeed days ( Sunday Monday) this week. 1200carbs daily. I’m feeling flat as a fart so need to have the two refeed days to fill me back out. But I find I struggle to look full a lot more than somebody who’s 2ft 6 Lololol

Hey kuba. I eventually pulled trestalone out my plan. I’ve swapped for test prop and tren ace. With the trestalone I was up and down. Some days on a downer and not caring about nothing but careing that I didn’t care if you get me. It was a weird feeling. Just out of curiosity what side effects did u get from it??[/quote]
Hey man, main one that affected me was it screwed my digestion…. I doubt I will run it again if I’m honest…. once I came off it I realised how little emotion I had which isn’t ideal in real world_________________________________________

Hi bud. Yea it’s a horrible but effective drug. I was so emotional on it. But the side effects are not worth it. The drug changed me as a person. I was only useing 15mg daily aswell -

Start with no cardio and then add if results stall or you need things to speed up ????????
Hi mate. I’m 20 week into cut. I started at 30 mins cardio then 40 then 45 but then brought it down to 30mins. But never realised how many steps I was doing some days it’s around 38000-40000

Hey, it depends what your goal is and how your body is responding to that many steps. If your losing weight dramatically then probably cut the cardio down or eventually out. Goes hand in hand with how much food your consuming. You could always keep the cardio in and consume more calories to counter it.

Hey Louis. Ye the amount of steps I do is rediculars. My body burns through food like mad. I had a refeed yesterday this was diet My diet was yesterday
M1 80g oats 50g whey 50g berries 15g almond butter one bagel jam
M2 packet rice chicken green beans
M3 pre half pack rice chicken green beans 4x cookies
M4 post 120g coco pops 50g whey 2 bagels jam
Meal 5 burger fries tub of ice cream
Meal 6 10 egg whites 2x bagels jam
I weighed my self this morning expecting to have put a few pounds on and my weight was same. Wtf is going off??

Post some pictures up and give us some more information about what your goal is and when you are planning to finish your cut. One day refeeds are useful during a prolonged cut to reduce some stress, help with sleep and boost training performance, but in the latter stages of a prep sometimes longer refeeds are necessary. We can’t advise without some more details and pictures of how you’re looking.

They won’t upload Claire I’ve tried on various posts I’ve put in forum. I also had a tub of Ben and Jerry’s meal 5. I’ve not had a proper feed since beginning of cut. I’m back on plan today though. I’ve weighed my self this morning and weight is same. Maybe this is a good thing as my body is burning food fast right?

That comes down to how you’re progressing. If you’re ahead you may be able to pull back a bit, but it’s completely individual. I’ve had a prep where I was working on a flight line for 12hr a day 5-6 days a week, and I still peaked at 90min cardio with 3 hiit sessions. Most recently I got in shape never going over 45min cardio. It’s all about how your body is responding

Going to reduce it to 20mins . I do high incline walk on treadmill. Which 30mins was burning 630kcals. Just done 20 and it burnt 425 so I’m happy at that. I feel my output is a lot as like I say my step average is rediculars at the moment -
Simple advice brother – suck it up! If your goals are big enough and you want it bad enough you won’t cheat on your diet or try and replace the need for sugar with diet drinks, sugar free sauces etc which all have hidden calories.
Make sure you have the proper advice from a good coach to help and then you mite not struggle as much if your accountable and have access to better knowledge.Hey Jamie. I allow my self the 2 Pepsi Max a day any way. I allow my self 1-2 cans daily
