    Accutane: The journey so far.

    So I got acne from steroids. not a big cycle 500 test 400 mast. I know this sounds stupid but I didn’t notice how bad it was until it was too late. Then I pulled all drugs which messed me up even more.

    I wasn’t coached by anyone and was trying to do everything on my own, also because of lack of resources dermatologist visits here in my state of Massachusetts were bad. They wouldn’t prescribe me accutane without first trying topical solutions and the insurance I have would not pay a single penny for anything. $700 a month on prescription cremes for months before doctors would recommend accutane. I went to 3 diff dermatologists and they all said the same because I hadn’t had acne for a long time.

    Got accutane underground. amino asylum to be specific.

    On month 4. plan on stopping treatment in about 2 months. This is my progress so far. Back looks similar but there’s only 1 active pimple rather than the whole back being active and bleeding. Chest used to be itchy and bleeding through shirts all the time and this hasn’t been the case for a long time.

    If you’re here doing research on steroids please hire a coach first. If it’s too expensive then the whole sport is too expensive. Blood work and accutane haven’t been cheap either and the whole treatment was way more money than a good coach would’ve cost me.

    Thank you all so much. Yesterday I definitely was under-nuorished compared to normal. Going from 6 meals 700+g carbs down to maybe 3 meals a day when sick took a hit on my glycogen stores. I did everything at 80% load and stopped at around 2RIR (never trained with RIR before) except for lateral raises and tricep extensions. Today I’ll go in for a pull session and I’ll do the same and maybe stick with only one deadlift set and very low weight at the end of the session if I’m feeling it.

    are You sure that You have a good bold ? 600 would kill my estradiol so no use of ia then

    I’m sure of my source since I’ve tested the primo and nandrolone from them with a couple of my buddies, haven’t specifically tested the EQ I’m using right now but I don’t see a reason why it would be fake.

    That’s why I want to test my estrogen, just wondering when the best time to do that would be

    @Hilly @maximilian3311@gmail.com

    I’m on 750 test, 600 EQ split between Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.

    .5mg Adex every 4 days

    Would it not matter how close to the test the dosage of Adex is?

    Before anything, can you write down what a typical leg workout is for you and how often you train them etc?

    What is your blood work saying on this dose of test.

    With the Adex or without or ideally both

    All looks good, cholesterol is surprisingly in range, none of my organs are stressed. The only sides I ever really get is acne flare-ups but I intend on nuking the problem soon with accutane. Never went without adex, I’ve tried aromasin but felt weird. 1mg of adex works good for me, just wanted to learn a bit more about how it acts on estrogen and if it would be better to take the 4 doses of .5mg or 2 doses of 1mg is good

    If you feel good on it, try considering just adding primo on top. Maybe even replace mast with primo and just increase the dose on the primo. It is a more expensive route to go but probably the one that’ll keep you feeling the same while not needing an AI still

    Hey @kuba1000@hotmail.co.uk , new to the log and trying to learn as much as I can, how low your drug dosages are made me look at my own protocols so thank you.

    Do you have an A and B rotation for all your workouts? Or do you follow the exact same structure every time?

    @hilly @Clare

    Thank you so much I think taking those supplements might actually help me in prep. I’m of the mindset that I want to take the least I can all the time and rely the most as possible on food but on prep I do tend to get a bit lazy and fruits and variety in my diet and therefore micronutrients, fish oils, and such might be compromised leading me to get sick.

    @jade-kelsie Blood work is really expensive here in Massachusetts so I do my hormonal blood work and such but I’ve never looked into mineral/micronutrient deficiencies on my bloods might be something I need to do soon thanks for the suggestion 🙂

    How aggressive are you going when you enter a cut?

    Do you ramp cardio up and drop a lot of calories from the go?

    Do you keep on top of all your health supps year round?

    I usually cut 500-700 calories off the get go and still don’t drop much in the first couple of weeks as it takes a while for my body to move.
    I don’t do cardio due to my life being a version of LISS from the moment I get out of bed to bed time with 15k steps on a slow day and no time sitting down other than between sets so my calories are still high at 3k even on a deficit so I do hit most of my dietary goals.

    I don’t take any health supps whatsoever tho

    Hey buddy, how much of a deficit are you putting yourself into? How deep into diet/prep are you? I do tend to get pretty sensitive to being sick when I’m really sucked down close to a show. However calories at this point are pretty low and expenditure is very high.

    I usually start with a 500-700 calorie cut from my maintenance putting me at 3k cals and just kinda hold weight. Expenditure is around 15k steps a day with 12+ hrs of standing.

    Micronutrient deficiency? How’s ur vitamin C and D3 intake ?

    My vitamin D intake is low during the summer since I live in the US and get at least 80mins of bright sunlight every day. Im pretty sure I actually am deficient in vitamin C tho, I just recently added pineapple to my diet to fix it but I’ve never had it in a cut thank you for the suggestion ?
