    Depends what you want to target. I personally put them really close together, pointing forward. Emulating a pendulum squat (my gym doesn’t have one). Wider to recruit more glutes, hamstrings and adductors

    You mentioned you are stressed? Maybe look into stress management supplements and nootropics to help you focus during work?

    I’ve never tried that but I will deathly put some research into it. It’s more of a self-induced stress, because I know I’m not functioning to my highest standard, but I think nootropics might be a little help and any little bit counts at this point 🙂
