Just a quick follow up, would the purpose of the tidy up Jordan mention be to regain appetite (10-14days) or slightly longer (4-6 weeks) to improve composition.

It could be both depending on your situation and your starting point. If 20lbs doesn’t make you any worse off then take a 10-14 to reset appetite. If the 20-30lbs made you go over your “limit” for bf%, then take a 4-6 weeks to regain appetite and improve composition.
