Sorry I’m doing PPL I was just trying to make my push more optimal since I can’t train chest very hard right now only blood flow! And as for alternating delt and tri and I usually do Jordan’s typical PPL and he rotates stuff so I guess that was my mind set with it and also I have a second variation to this split I just didn’t post it. Thanks for the responses and if anyone can think of a more optimal way that would be fantastic.

Sorry to bump this thread but this just happened to me I just started a new cycle this week using 500 test 500 EQ using the same source I usually do but never tried his EQ before but it’s 500mg/ml so there’s probably EO or something in there but anyway after I broke out in a rash from it and turns out it’s shingles so I’m just gonna stop the EQ. Should I continue on with the 500 test while I recover from shingles I caught it early so it’s not to painful. And is it same to pin the test on the other quad on the opposite side of the rash or could it spread?

@jiminocalves okay thanks! Only my upper chest has any discomfort so I guess I’ll just stay away from incline

Thanks for the response @jiminocalves would you think it would be okay to go back to the gym? Been going on 6-7 weeks without the gym I don’t have any pain sometimes I feel slight discomfort when bending over to tie my shoes for example my sternum also isn’t popping anymore. Nervous to go back to the gym and set myself back even further

Thanks for all the replies. I’m from the US as well that’s why I was wondering about Revive. Supplement needs would obviously be ideal but the shipping the last time I checked was like 20ish euro it’s a tad steep but I guess I’ll just put in a bigger order to make it all worth it

What about something like kuba is doing with the Rest pause? But add DC stretches once done with that particular body part

Fair enough! Thanks for your advise might have to give it a go also never given upper/lower a go also interested in that aspect of it.
