Thanks for the input everyone! I will most likely hold off on cardio or keep it very low until my weight stalls and then utilize that and I was just using 200mg to play it safe it’s not pharm grade so could be a little under dosed no idea until I get bloods which will be soon hopefully will lower to 175mg then!! and yes everything is digesting well atm! I don’t have any cheats planned as of yet I think having the rice cereal and oats with fruit on my high carb days helps with cravings plus my carbs are around 500g still but if I do have a cheat I will just try to be smart with it

Food sources are on training days chicken rice oats whey/casein powder and rice cereal/ almond milk post workout off days my food sources are chicken eggs veggies whey/casein powder and some peanuts! As for trt I’m at 200mg ew atm but I’m getting blood work here in the next few weeks so that might change

Sorry for the typos! I am around 235-240lbs diet got a little less strict around the end of my bulk so I’m probably around 18-20% body fat

I kept my training day cals the same but I lowered the off day cals about 400. Was that a mistake? Training days I’m at 4500 and off days I’m at 3600 I was at 4000 on off days during my blast.

Thanks for the input guys! Intensity will most definitely remain the same. Planning on a 12 weeks cruise would love to keep progressing. I believe I should be able to recover hitting everything ever 4 days with my split push pull off legs off!

Even during the day takes a lot more water to get hydrated but I do feel rather warm at times so maybe that’s normal my cycle is 200 test 500 tren

It would be the typical reps/sets you guys promote a heavier set then a back off set and it would be 3 side delt exercises per push session for 5-6 sets total! But I think I’m just gonna keep doing the same thing as I listed above with my exercise selection and not add the extra delt exercise im just gonna add an intensity technique on the last set of my side delt exercise of the session leaning towards a rest- pause set
