Thanks for the input! Carbs are that high bc I needed to add more calories and I my fats and protein are already high. I’m sitting around 4K calories at the moment..
Thanks for the replies! Yes I’m basically doing the same thing morning pre/post carbs and the rest fats has me at about 300 pro 300-350 carbs 160 fats seems like it’s doing the trick! Just making sure it was optimal.. thanks again fellas
