    Ah apologies, i see what you mean.

    As i say i am in a very similar situation to you. What is your current weight?

    Also your training split?

    I’ve dropped my volume dramatically and increased intensity. this has certainly helped not having to force feed ridiculous kcals in.

    I don’t really know what to say. 20 pounds in 5 weeks and you think your gear is underdosed. Baffled. I’m on a similar first cycle and I’d be very very happy with those figures if body comp is holding.

    Hypertension in the neck and traps. The headache comes on for the first set and gets worse as the reps increase, I bet? I had that and it’s awful. I would suggest going to see a sports therapist and laying off the weights until they’ve done the business. Hot baths, Epsom salts, you know the drill. Nothing more frustrating than wanting to lift but not being able to!

    just use 10ml of bac water and pin 1ml or 0.5 daily and use a sunbed until your happy, then just back off to once a week.

    I run, PPL Rest PPL. Target quads, lats and chest once a week and Hams, Back thickness and shoulders once a week. Only real lower back loading days are Hams and Back thickness with rack pulls with the exception of safety bar squats on quad dominant leg day

    As stated, i’m embarking on my first off season so i’m certainly filling out after a long period of time in a deficit up 8 pounds in 3 weeks. I’ve only just started on anabolics this week pinned monday and Thursday test cyp 250 mg a week and EQ 400mg a week with AI’s on hand not running anything as of yet.

    As for Macros it is the first time i’m really pushing food i think my body’s taking it really well, no added BF or at least noticeable BF as of yet just alot fuller and stronger. 300C/300P/60F 90% of the carbs are consumed pre intra and post.

    @Hilly, as for water i certainly drink 5-6 litres a day if not more, have a weird addiction to guzzling water almost all day. i appreciate this probably isn’t the healthiest.
