    Just to add, losing muscle on 3k cals at your weight whilst “cruising” at 300mg of test shouldn’t even cross your mind at this point pal as long as your protein count is adequate .

    THP, After your recent posts in regards to muscle gain/weight loss i’d really suggest listening to corrine, keep your carbs pre/intra/post. I personally eat 60%-70% of my carbs pre.

    I always thought the bigger guys elicited more growth because they were bigger/stronger. like the overweight guys that tend to always have big calves etc. but im probably wrong.

    so essentially unless im assisted its just not possible, so lean down push up as long as possible until the 15% bf rule i guess.

    so demotivating as a slow gaining small natty.

    Absolutely not bud, many have done in naturally. I think the hardest part you are really struggling with isn’t building the muscle, it’s maintaining what you have built in your off season. Something I really struggled with naturally. Plenty of refeeds. Easy on the cardio. Use the mirror over the scales. ????

    The Chap in the photo is assisted and also a very very good powerlifter if i remember correctly. He hasn’t gained extreme weight intentionally he just lived a very unhealthy lifestyle from what i remember very similar to T.hollands.

    Essentially, Supps, Insane Calories and intense heavy weight will acrue muscle. Have to play it a little different Natty.

    Hi Hilly,

    To be honest, just going off on what others seem to be doing. I wasn’t sure if this was neccesary it was just the general consensus i had gathered. I’ll keep the prot @ 300 and push carbs. I’m thinking incriments of 50Carbs once weight steady for a week. Thoughts?

    did you use pharma grade aromasin? 12.5 e3.5d seems like a reasonable dose to me.

    Cals/carbs incredibly low man. increase cals for a 3/4 weeks up the cardio and keep the carbs higher.

    I’ve been using it for a while, i suffer with severe ADHD and medicated to combat this. CBD has been an absolute god send for Anxiety, mood swings and very commmon outbursts of anger ( Usually road rage ).

    Huge improvements with general mood however i havent noticed a large change in sleep as alot of people claim, but it really does help unwind on an evening after training also takes the edge off of stims/fat burners before bed.

    I use dutch CBD oil LoveCBD. very good stuff and UK based.
