    Hey man thanks bro… Well I guess you can define a cruise as a dose that sits you within natural range or there abouts. Mine isn’t really a cruise, it’s more of a bridging ‘cycle’ between a high off season and then prep. But I need a break to resensitise so need to come down. I’ll be doing 300 test and 300 mast. For about a month then bloods then into prep 🙏[/quote]

    Hi Kuba, if one were to want to introduce a low dose of tren (50-100mg) alongside test and primo levels that had estrogen in a good place, what precautions could they take to stop prolactin and progesterone from rising with the addition of tren? Thank you sir

    Diet / PED’s update

    Food is similar, just added other options I use sometimes.

    PED’s are the same. Thinking if swapping from masteron to equipoise soon. And adding anadrol in. But I’ll see how I feel / look

    Pre- 4 eggs, 2 sc whey, 100g oats, 1 banana, 2 slice toast, 250ml orange juice

    Train

    350g cooked steak, 350g rice OR bagels w jam

    350g chicken, 350g rice OR whey meal

    350g beef, 350g pasta OR 400g potato fries

    2 sc whey, 100g oats, 1 banana, 20g nut butter OR 100g cereal with full fat milk

    High days

    -1 training day mid week 800-1000g carb day with 2 shots insulin pre and post (10iu)

    -Sunday full cheat day what ever I want

    Cardio-

    2 x 10 min dog walks

    Cycle

    800 test E weekly

    300 mast e weekly

    0.5mg arimidex 3 x weekly

    1.8iu gh before bed

    Split (usually)

    Back & abs

    Chest & calves

    Rest

    Legs

    Delts & traps

    Arms & calves

    Rest

    Hi Sas, love following your updates and your approach to things. Regarding insulin, do you or have you ever used lantus?

    And do you normally implement your high day for the same day of the week as in placed specifically for a certain session? Thank you sir!

    Hi Kuba, regarding Gh how long for a minimum would you say one should stay on a certain dose before thinking of increasing? Let’s say someone is on 4iu, after how many months or say years would an increase to then 5iu be reasonable? If all other factors like financial, risks etc are all taken into account. Thanks!

    Personally it comes down to development, if you haven’t built a ton of size on 4 iu with other protocols in place I would be looking at what needs addressing as 4 iu is where I’d expect significant progress

    You progress it once you’ve exhausted that dose and built a solid amount of tissue in place. [/quote]

    Hi Kuba appreciate you doing this Q&A. I watched a video of your push session when you added a lower rep set of 3-5 reps between your normal top set and back off set. Are you still doing this? What is your opinion/feedback after having introduced it? Thank you!

    Hi Sas really like your approach to high food during off season, regarding cheat meals do you introduce them going mainly by scale weight? And do you normally replace the same meal with the cheat meal? Appreciate it! Thank you!

    Hi Kuba when training biceps, if you were to have 2 exercises of 2 sets in each, one focusing on the shortened range and one in the lengthened, would it matter the order you do them in? Would you recommend placing one first out of the two? Thank you!

    Yes shortened first as you are fresh then lengthened once you are slightly more fatigued it does matter bud generally you want to overload the shortened to begin with arm work [/quote]
