What were your liver readings ?

I would be upping the omega fats n improving the quality of the supplement – look to TrainedByJP new version

Kidney results wouldn’t worry me to much personally – they can be effected my dehydration n usual training / high protein diet.

Agree with Jordan although if you have blood after this you may be fine

Thanks a lot really appreciate that

    My liver readings were
    ALP in range with 120
ALT 66 which was raised <50
    GGT 16 in rage

    Hi Ryan
thank you very much for your advice
EVOO is extra virgin olive oil

I will make changes that you have suggested and hopefully that makes a difference in the coming days

    Really appreciated ?

No it’s not my watch it’s my blood pressure monitor.

I’ll keep an eye on it as my weight increases in the next few weeks. Thanks Ryan!

    Hi Ryan,

    I’m 6ft (183cm)

I used to take total war (250 caffeine) before training but I’ve cut that out, currently only about 180mg caffeine on both leg days of the week
