Fast insulin life is 1-4 hours so if u do it with pre meal and after 2 hours u go gym and finish gym around 2 hours,you can do again post workout insulin and then u have another 4hours of anabolic status.but if u do it pre workout and u finish in 2 hours,u lose 2 hours of anabolic status.pre gym 6hours and with pre workout meal 8hours of anabolic status

Final week in off season. Definitely felt tired going into today’s session, but got after it “nobody cares, work harder”. Another session with all lifts progressed. Very happy because it was really mind over matter. Midweek check in today, Kuba was really pleased with the visuals – a perfect spot to be in ahead of prep starting next week. I’m confident the transition from off season to prep will be a good one

Kuba why you use MPSmax post workout if u eat insta after workout?i thought u drink mpsmax to dont lose muscle protein synthesis after 2 hours ur preworkout meal.thanks and appreciate for ur time.

Hello kuba.i have ibs and i have a big problem eating veggies.the sweet spot for me is around 30-35 fibers but i eat a lot of fruit.i would like to hear ur opinion for my diet of no veggies and if u want to suggest anything.should i add veggie-might ?
