2)for example e2’s range is 1-44 pg/ml at the lab.but its for a normal person.i never did blood test when im in gear and thats why i ask what should i check and if prolactin and e2 is on range.

Yes peter i used psyllium 5g morning for 3 days but i felt awful,bloated and digestion off.veggies at this time make me bloat,so i dont use them and i feel ok.i never switched chicken to turkey,i ll give it a try.i used so much pandium and for like 1 year and i took it of,and i instant have acid reflux.i accept the ibs problem,some days i bloat a lot when i stress but its ok i accept it.sometimes with the bloat i have,i cant even drink water because i will blow up.all my life when i had a problem,i thought one pill will solve the problem.now im sure that the pill shadows the problem and u must dig to find the reason.im here to really understand why i have acid reflux.thank u all for the support.i chew slow,i do everything like u all said,but it takes time a guess. -

I used pandium for 5 months non-stop.i stop it and immediately i have acid reflux .how can i fix that? -

Ibutin is used to speed up slow gastric motility so that tells along with with the fact you get bloated and blocked up you need to look at foods that digest easily and are lower in fibre in general.
I would stick to say to digest foods at all times and avoid foods that are higher in insoluble fibre –
I would look to add in a soluble fibre supplement that will help soften stools and make them easier to pass.
Make sure fluid intake is on the higher side – 4-5 litre per day.
make sure step count is decent 8-10k daily and spread over the day.

I do fully agree with Maddie on the stress issue – one of the key main causes I see with my digestive focused clients is that when stress is high digestion/bowel movements tend to go bad very quickly.
Poor sleep also has a huge negative impact.
I know it can be very frustrating but its all about taking time and logging patterns to see triggers and what is going on in every little detail to figure out a management system that is suitable for yourself as it literally is different for every person.
I cutted all the veggies + i took one good probiotic with l.plantarum 299v which is for ibs and with every meal(i do 6meals) digestive enzymes.I think i feel ok now,maybe should i use daily greens or i stick with psyllium? -

Yes i ve done everythig.i tried low fiber intake,high fiber intake.everything.i eat rice,cor,potato and sourdough bread.fruits are pineapple,banana,and berries.veggies cocumber,peppers and sauerkraut are safe for me.i tried and no veggies one.another day no fruit no veggies.nothing changes.i lowered the protein to 250 and nothing changed.only with ibutin i felt super
