    Hey Haider , my good friend recently got his bloods done and his levels were skewed. He previously ran 500 Test, 250 Mast, no AI for 13 weeks.After the cycle he got his bloods done and they were spot on. He came down to a cruise dose of test at 150mg per week and had his bloods done 8 weeks into his cruise and the only thing he changed was adding in the vit c and more citrus. Very odd to me

    Could you maybe elaborate as to why? Yeah, a bit dangerous if done incorrectly but so are a lot of things we do in bodybuilding. You have used both compounds and are very educated so a blanket statement like that is asinine

    I like to use 1-2iu humalog pre Fasted cardio along with L-Carn, Yohimbine and a small bit of caffeine/Ephedrine and i absolutely love it. I’d check Fasted BG and assess dose if you do it, if BG is low enough I’d skip the Slin.

    I think a mixture of both types of training, To failure and MD style is the most optimal approach. Why not do both to an extent? Start with Loading and pushing to failure (rest pause, Max effort, etc) and then after train the other way? For ex.
    2 max effort sets of hack squats failing at 6reps and 12reps and then throw in 2 more straight sets of 12-15.
    Idk I think both sides are great ways.
