Hey Kuba! How many carbs do you consume on rest day and if you are working physical job and you are all day on your feet would you add more carbs or just pump up fat and keep carbs to last 2 meals ? Thanks man

@drdeanstmart I have question regarding my LH/FSH and testosterone? I see that testosterone is in upper range but LH/FSH are low if i look upper limit. what’s is your opinion and is that reason why i don’t have “facial hair ” on my face just “goatee”?

Hej Corinne! I have question regarding extra virgin olive oil. how do you count it? put it on scale then “tare”and then check how many gram you took or on some other way ? because I just realize 30g of extra virgin olive oil is not same like 2 tbs? Hope you can help
