I just saw what he wrote on page 94 of his log. I just don’t understand rep ranges on FBW he posted on Ig? why they are so high on second day I mean how I am going to get stronger in 15-20 rep ranges and keep form strict and execute ?

@Kuba on your rest day you have carbs in last two meals and total for the day 145g?

no I don’t count trace and I never have or will – that’s just my way for myself as I don’t vary my foods anyway
NTD – rest day?
my training plan is written out so will give you a very clear idea of how I structure the meals
diet needs to be tailored to your own needs and demands so if youre active with your job then you need more fuel

Hej! yes NTD stands for rest day.What would be your personal preference to add more carbs or fats ? Currently I am eating 05:30 P+F 9am p+F 12pm p/c/trace carbs 16pm p/c/trace carbs 19 p/c/trace . My working shift is from 07-16h.

I have questions regarding “trace macros” like 7g fats per 109g of oatmeal? would you track them ?
Also how would you split NTD meals for “labor worker” ( a lot of lifting approximately 2000-2500 kg every day on work + between 12000+16000steps?) Currently I am on 240p 450c 80f on TD and 240p 300c 120f on rest day. I am 197cm and 90kg. Thank you so much

@kuba I mean is there anything wrong to have meal with all macros. That’s what is confusing me, regarding all posts I have been reading about insulin sensitivity. Like 220g red meat 10g coconut oil / 120g rice and beans? or 40g from whey 130g oats 150g blueberries 20g almonds? Thank you so much

@kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen what’s your opinion on NTD meal set up for labor work ( lifting heavy + all day long on their legs). For now I have first meal P+F and next 4 meals 80-100c 45p 15-20f .
