@kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen can you help us out and clear that myth about cheeses. I just ate cheese per 100g 25g protein 24g fat. Is that bad source of satured fats and bad source of protein or I am wrong ?
Also does cheese have affect on testosterone in natural athletes since we don’t know from which kind of cows is coming from ?

I find it hard to recover from upper/lower split with volume outlined in video that JP posted.
-Main chest x2
-High incline x2
-Triceps compound x2
-back width x2
-back thickness x2
-back width x2
-back thickness x2I am wondering if I am going to train 3-4 times per week what’s better split upper/lower/upper or push-pull-legs since I want to pay more attention to upper body development
