@corinne can you make video or post on site about NTD meal set up and macros. I am fairly confused. Some people advocate higher fat and carbs in the other half of day. Other people in the other hand say that is good to have 5 balanced meal. Example 40-50p/80c/10-30f during the day.
Also what do you guys think its 200g of carbs to much for PWM for natural athlet. My macros are 220p 500c 80f and 220p 240c 120f on NTD. I am 197cm and 90kg
