    Yeah always happens to me. I just get to a weight and cant drop anymore. Look gets leaner but as said this then plateaus off and you’ll need to push harder. Sometimes its a good opportunity (for me anyway) to have a refeed day or two. This can sometimes help to start dropping again. The leaner i get the more i need to “top up” in order to keep dropping weight.

    Usually getting blood into the muscle eases the pip once you are warmed up and start taking the muscle through a full range of motion so you should be fine, unless it’s a pretty bad and swollen jab but just pip will be ok

    Yeah if its bad and swollen then dont train would be my advice.

    I had a really bad case of PIP after a Sust jab (i hate Sust!) and trained legs. Warming up with some leg extensions and all of a sudden it felt like a knife has been rammed in my quad and dragged all the way down to me knee”. Pain lasted weeks, back and forth to the hospital for diclofenac injections daily as the swelling was so bad. Was 50/50 as to if my leg was going to have to get drained.


    If its a bit sore then thats ok. Delts would probably be ok anyway. But quads…….. Naaaaa!

    I’ll have a few drinks on Friday night and a meal out (take away more recently). Doesn’t stop me getting up Saturday morning and destroying myself with squats and a full on leg session.

    I just wake up drink plenty of fluids. Go out for a stroll with the dog to wake up and get lose. Lite bite and go to the gym.

    If i drink far too much (may be twice a year) i’ll train later in the day when im not so wobbly that i would just topple under a loaded bar. haha

    But then as Hilly says i’m only interested in being stronger than most and looking decent.

    Enanthate, and im taking 0.85 ml a week , i don’t care in the slightest if it’s 245mg or 255mg , I trust rohm I know the guys that make it , so what I’m taking is there / There abouts 250 – plus with my goals now I wouldn’t even give a fuck if it was only 200mg lol , I think people will soon realise how done I am with being the size I am lol

    Hi Jordan, why not 200mg from the start? Do you think after a while you will reduce down again? 200mg is nearer a TRT dose. 250mg is basically double what a Dr would give to the majority, and while A LOT better than doses of old it will still come with negative health implications long term.

    Are you going to put up any pics so we can all see the transformation? Say every 2 or 4 weeks so we can get a visual idea of how you’re getting on?

    i don’t I’m afraid. All of mine money in investment is controlled by a couple of different investment management companies. I just have my say as to what the plan is but they make recommendations. My plan is usually based on what i read in the paper and of what’s potentially coming in industries i know. I don’t have the time to actively trade myself.

    I know a couple of very successful traders (yuppies), one of which i went to school with. The kind of guys who will be retiring at 40 with a fair few million in the bank. Neither bother with bitcoin. So take from that what you will.

    I don’t really understand it to be honest. From what i understand is it has no real value for purchasing or trading. If you make a fortune in bitcoin, how do you then turn that into something you can spend? Cash out and pay a huge chunk of what you’ve earnt to the guys running the trading platform?

    Alot of the brands you mentioned are just beingoften faked now – I have seen too many the past year. Many make you hold water so you think its GH but its just a shit peptide.

    I just stick to meditrope now – consistently good.

    Meditrope looked a bit cowboy for me with the whole over filling scenario and naff packaging.

    Ansomone and Hyge i can get at quite a good price but its still pretty costly even running 2iu a day preworkout.

    @Hilly Yeah that probably is, but you can only assume that what you buy is legit if you have a source you somewhat have faith in.

    Assuming all is real. Which is good, bad, ok? Is 3-4iu even worth it? As in the return and what you get for the money?

    Wow, they never even used a swab?! Serious bad practice by them! Especially as they’re trained individuals ffs

    I don’t think in all the hospital/doctors surgery injections i’ve had, have they swabbed the site before? Even when i had to have a load of jabs in Italy and the US they didn’t use anything. I don’t think its actually common practice for IM injections. But i would still always do it personally.

    <font face=”inherit”>My wife was </font>swabbed<font face=”inherit”> loads before her epidural but then she had to have a massive jab in the quad after with nothing. Same when you give blood. They swab your skin off before hand. So for IV it must be deemed a requirement. </font>

    My bet is you hold strength and size for longer than you think. caveat being as long as you don’t do anything too drastic with food and output. It will certainly be cool to see how you land after 12-18 months on just TRT. I think your body will be so used to holding a ton of muscle you could still walk about in good shape at 210-220lbs on next to nothing. Being the guy you are you’ll fight to keep it which i assume most who stop don’t to a degree. Then there’s just freaks like Fankhouser, Compton etc who look better than most guys even though they probably no longer train.

    I use 30ml (2 tbsp) Nordic Natural oil a day.

    Keeps me nicely greased and works out £30 a month so affordable for a very good fish oil.
