@Rich Neutral grip OHP works without any issues, don’t know why I didn’t think of that before. Definitely going to do that in the coming sessions.
@Peter Will add the Broomstick Shoulder Stretches too and will stretch before the workout in addition to the stretching after my shoulder.
@All Thanks for the comments, I called multiple physio and I have an appointment with two next week. Going to see what they can do. Most of the physios here are targeted towards elderly so was happy to find two targeting athletes.

Aside from managing the pain with smart training and rest, it’s difficult to advise without knowing exactly what’s going on, particularly as it hasn’t got any better over the years.
Have you been to see a specialist? If so, what have they suggested?
Shockwave therapy, soft tissue treatment, chiropractic adjustments and physio exercises may help, as well as healing peptides and supplements to support connective tissue, muscle and bone health. However, you really need to understand the route cause first.
I have been to two different ones here in the Netherlands and they both either recommended an injection or a multi-month recovery program for my shoulders where I basically would do the same exercises that I do at home. Both weren’t interested in finding out exactly what caused the issues so just stopped seeing them.
I recently moved so I was hoping to find a better doctor close to me or just travel a bit further to do a scan of my shoulder and see what’s going on.

Difficult to give definitive advice without fully knowing the mechanisms of the injury or what is driving the issue.
I would advice seeking the help of decent sports physio if you have a complex issue with your shoulder.
However saying that I agree with your planned approach of training pain free movements in order to build strength. This can only be a good thing.
Unfortunately the doctors here rather treat the symptoms than the root cause. I have to check if I can find a decent sports physio but yeah I agree, that would be the best course of action.
With my father it was issues with the rotator cuff and I know my grandfather had the same issues.
Are there any exercises I could do in combination with the shoulder compounds and the shoulder stretch I already do during my normal workout?

Hey,
Prefacing this by saying I am not a professional but I was in the same situation so hope my answer somewhat helps.
I trained for roughly 10 years (different sports, not only bodybuilding) and from one day to the other stopped completely. It was the same situation that you are in right now, had to move, wasn’t really setting, had a small toddler and work was changing so was under constant stress. When I came home I just wanted to relax and not think about anything else.
A few months ago I got back into the sports I used to do (Thai Boxing) and I am slowly getting into working out again. What helped me the most was getting my head sorted out first, meaning making sure that I found out what stressed me out so much, dealt with that and set up a routine. Started with the workouts I knew that I would enjoy and slowly built the habit again of going more often. Sure there are some days where I don’t want to do anything but if I force myself to go then I end up enjoying it anyway.
So in short: I would suggest first working through finding out the stress factors, getting some kind of routine and making everything around you calm and relaxed and then slowly starting with a routine again. Most important (especially if you’re not trying to compete or anything) is to do what you enjoy and then go from there.
Sorry if the answer was a bit longer

All of the above as recommended will help but I would also consider tracking your digestion after each meal to see if there’s anything you can improve there.
Might be a stupid question but is there a proper way to track digestion? Up until now I just would write down if I felt bloated or if my stomach didn’t agree with an ingredient, test it out a few more times and if it didn’t get better just eliminate the ingredient

Yes you can take Unwind and Dream Sleep every day to control stress and help with Sleep.
Poor quality omegas can go rancid and cause gas and stomach problems, so it’s always worth investing in quality. You’ll have no issues with Omega Pharma Pro.
I would add Cure-Coming to that stack and Love heart, if budget allows, otherwise this looks good.
Digest pharma pro, Veggie Might and Insure can also help with digestion.
Ok thank you, then I will add Cure-Coming and
Digest Pharma Pro now too and wait a bit with the Insure and Love Heart until I tested all the other supplements out. So the full stack would be:In the morning together with my protein shake:
– Creatine
– Omega Pharma
– D3 & K2
– Cure-Coming
– Veggie MightDuring the day between the 2 smaller meals:
– Unwind
Together with / after the last meal (a bigger one):
– Digest Pharma Pro
– Magnesium
– Dream SleepThank you for your help!

Sleep you can take daily,Omega wouldn’t cause the burps unless it’s shit quality, I take omega pharma pro with literally every meal so that wouldn’t be an issue
Magnesium at a higher dose plus unwind and dream sleep is what I would
Do2000 mg magnesium daily
Unwind mid day
Dream sleep pre bedThank you! Then I will add Dream Sleep and Magnesium to my basket too. I think the Omega wasn’t the best so I am just going to go with Pharma Pro and be sure that I get good quality.
For the digestion and the general (gut-) health is Veggie-Might there enough or are there other things I can take?
