One last question brotha, since there’s a second peak of Humalog. Do you think I should keep it 100c pre meal and 20c intra. Or maybe do 60/60?

Okk my diet anyways consists of fats in breakfast (about 8 hours before training), and before bed which is about 6 hours post training. I have pre workout fats but I will remove when adding slin

So with using Humalog and it’s short acting life, should I be worried about dietary fats in other meals outside of the training window?

Technically not “high” but could be effected by how late a meal was, did it have fibers/fats, how well hydrated were you

My iron came back normal when it was tested

JP did a video on BPC, I use it for my shoulder and go IM into my injured delt. It still will go systemic tho.
