Super low prolactin may effect fertility but its nit well understood in humans.

Its difficult to say as there have been so many mixed results with Medichecks.
150mg should yield approx 20- 26 nmol
250mg Test e would yield closer to 45nmol.
Perhaps what you are using is slightly overdosed or you are a slow metaboliser.
I would retest after 4 weeks use of another lab of changing.
