I use nothing
Originally after my full PCT last year I began running hCG. However this was stopped soon as I took dosage up to 225 and level into high 30s.
I don’t think its wise to stimulate HPTA whilst ruining long term supraphysiological levels even with cruise/TRT periods.
if the goal is fertility then you address that directly with a strategy but I don’t advocate a prophylactic strategy of hCG, hMG or Clomid.when cycling.
FYI – Clomid use whilst taking TRT makes absolutely zero sense as HPTA is shurdown and pituitary signalling is diminished.

Weight down at 204.7lb so still ticking along. Still on 175mg at week 5.
Between having to cover the 2 areas at work and the car crash last Friday, mental stress has been quite noticeable.
It was Morgan’s birthday yesterday so we had a nice meal together Saturday.
Other than that everything has remained the same

Juan- nothing compared to Dr Dean Sleep Stack which actually addresses branches of the biopterin pathway to improve.sleep naturally.
Patrick – I know and it is frustrating that such intelligent people have no logic.
Jonay – the only one I would avoid is Phosphorylated B complexes and SAMe close to bedtime to avoid sleep issues. All else should be fine as most don’t have specific inhinitory effects on CYP enzymes.
Charlie – as far as I’m aware the isoflavone content of soy sauce is low and in low amount per serving.

I had this in 2014 for 6 weeks.
Felt like someone stabbing a knife between my ribs.
I would completely rest until the inflammation disappears as there is no point further aggravating the area and using anti inflammatories to help reduce swelling and pain management.
