I would re check prolactin in 4 weeks tp see of its balanced but could be being driven by the dopaminergic activity of the elevated testosterone.
Ideally you should have a baseline of this value prior to a first cycle as it could be elevated naturally meaning would warrant further investigation
Your MCH is elevated indicating a folate and methylation issue so I would look at a methylfolate supplement

AIs – Block Aromatase Enzyme – lowers potential of E2 formation; reducing free circulating E2 levels.
SERM – Block Estrogen Receptor – E2 is still free to distribute throughout plasma but won’t bind to receptor blocked by SERM.
SERM – 1st line of defence – block receptor and prevent E2 binding.
Then next step after that then is dependent on E2 level or other root cause (progestin; poor Phase 2 Liver detox) – governed by bloodwork

Franco – You should have almost close to ZERO TPO antibodies. Having the presence of any means you have slight autoimmunity to the thryoid.
Anti-TG should be tested as should several other autoimmunity and inflammation markers – otherwise they are doing you an injustice to not figure out the root cause.
Its very difficult to lower thyroid hormone receptor resistance tbh and not something I’ve dealt with.
