If you ate falling asleep during the day, it is often a sign of apnea. Depends how you are feeling the next morning.

Also find out if you are a mouth breather or nose breather from a partner.

if training intensely ALT can be close to 100 due to muscle breakdown. Once bilirubin and albumin are in range, liver function is good.

That’s about right for 350mg if you are a poor metaboliser.
E2 is a little too low

High SBHG leads to low FREE test.

SBHG will have minimal effect on total testosterone.

Unless you’ve had your genetics tested and know for certain you have unregulated CYP enzyme genetics….then again full bloodwork removes all the guesswork as to whether or not you are a fast metaboliser

I ate absolutely nothing.

Just water and coffee/decaff

Thursday I woke up with bad flu and sore throat. I had the flu twice in December quite bad.

Now it could be bad luck or coincidence but it makes you wonder if the 42 hour fast heightened my immune system and it decided to fight off the remnants of the virus.

Either way I’m pissed off at this stage between my neck and now this :(((
