You do not take both together.Arimidex interacts and binds tamoxifen and reduces it’s efficacy by 20-30%.

Take them at times away from each other but you will still have the interaction to a lesser extent.

Nothing of worry here apart from SHBG is a little high but without thyroid and estrogen its hard to say why.

Liver will be in this range if training days before so I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Iron is slightly elevated along with Ferritin but MCH and MCV don’t suggest any anemic issues but may tie in with the ALT elevation.

If you are still using a low dose of HCG post cycle, then I would expect LH and FSH to be elevated like this but if not then there is a dissociation between HPTA and testes causing an increase output of LH and FSH.
Again elevation in TSH would confirm this if you had a result.

If still sub 100 (5.6 mmol) after 2.5 hrs then sensitivity is good.

Once readings start to slow down and remain around 120-140 (6.7 to 7.8 mmol) then you’re looking at loss of sensitivity and risk fat storage etc.

Large volumes of water really doesn’t make too much of difference with the meal. Ore and post meal hydration along with proper electrolyte balance would be more critical.

1500mg Berberine HCl is just as effective but again start low and slow.

Begin with 250mg to start and assess gut tolerance.

Can slowly work up to 500mg twice daily.

Be advised it can disrupt gut flora so ensure you are aiding gut flora if you use it.

Metformin is very very cheap in comparison to RPG but the gut distress is what ultimately decides it for people.

    Start slow….

Agree with above, at 300mg Deca, you’re looking at 6-7 weeks post final injection to begin PCT.

    So Pull this morning….

Very happy everything progressed by either a micro loading or an extra rep.

Banded deadlifts after a 12 hour nightshift were fun to say the least.

The past two weeks Total War has done a superb job of picking me up and keeping me focused during sessions post nightshift especially after the stress of running both areas in the factory. This morning was no different 🙂 I live with my parents when I am working here in Dublin and my Mam had to tell me to get up to bed at 11.30 a.m after I finished eating as I was still awake.

If you follow me on Instagram @deanstm you’ll see on my story my fasted blood glucose after waking up this evening…….after eating 150g carbs before bed…for all you carbphobes LOL. 4 caps RPG by Redcon1 doing the business.

Another busy night here ahead again to be followed by a lovely push session after work !

    First night of nightshift tonight……YAYYYY….

Not really…… as the other area’s engineer left last month so I am now in charge of 140 machines worth around 700 million until she’s replaced at the end of the month…..so Ashwagandha, Holy Basil and Rhodiola at hand so as to not punch people in the face when it gets stressful and when people don’t do as I say…..LOL….

For anyone who works shift, this is how my routine goes for night shifts.

Bed at 11 p.m Tuesday and sleep until 7 a.m Wednesday.
Wake and eat Pro/Veg meal then travel 3 hours to my parents in Dublin.
Eat another Pro/Veg meal or drink Iso shake at 12 p.m. and go to sleep until 5 p.m.

    5.30 p.m – Meal 1 as normal (on dayshift this would be 5.30 a.m)
Then just follow normal eating pattern as night progresses as if it was a dayshift.

During prep, this was a pretty crappy time as last meal would be eaten at 10.30 p.m Tuesday and the plan was fast until 5 p.m Wednesday so as to not upset energy balance by adding extra food.

Then I sleep at same time as dayshift of 9.30-10 a.m versus 9.30-10 p.m.

Its so vital you stay super strict coming off nightshift with sleep as if you don’t force yourself to stay awake until that night then you will be stuck on night sleeping pattern on your days off……
I travel home to Strabane after nightshift by bus so I try sleep for those 3 hours and then another 90 min sleep at the house.
I make these days a rest day as body does be fcked tired and I do be pretty useless.
Not so bad 2 or 3 years ago when I was younger and I’d get up and train in the evening after sleeping all day then spend the night playing games online……don’t think Morgan would be too impressed if I done that these days…..LOL

Pull session in the morning once shift is done.
We’re fortunate that we have a nice gym on site here but it only has a Smith machine and some Life Fitness machines so it’s a little limited with no leg press which I need for this session……

So 1 scoop Total War and 1 scoop Big Noise with my preworkout meal at 5.30 a.m will see me through 🙂

So the first picture is my start point with JP November 2016 weighing a stringy 165 lb after another well known and followed prep coach ran me into the ground for my WFF World Championship Prep….
Zero refeeds, double cardio, high volume training everyday, pro/veg meals only; cookie cutter peaking protocols…

Although I was absolutely inside/out shredded I was a skinny/stringy mess but I am not going to discuss this further LOL – just a lesson learned.

The others pictures are the beginning of Prep, 26 weeks later in June 2017 at 227 lb.
A relatively lean start point for a prep. As I have said I wasn’t planning to compete this year.
When Morgan began her prep she had a photoshoot planned for September so I ran the idea of competing by JP and we agreed to start prepping slowly.
Really glad I competed this year, as this was probably Morgan’s last year competing for a while with getting married next year and hopefully starting a family. Plus I don’t think if I had of prepped with her that she would have kept pushing herself the way she did.

Macros were 450c, 400p, 70f on training days at peak of off season.
JP then started to slowly reduce kcal a touch as my body was softening too quick.

Start of prep macros in June were 300c, 380p, 30f on training days.
Off days macros were same as they are now above.

End of prep macros were 200c, 360p, 15f with the main fat loss coming from an increase in NEAT by slowly increasing cardio weekly to a max of 2 hrs at 130 bpm target,

So 24 weeks prep, 33 lbs lost.

Only numbers that started to fall were shoulder pressing in the last 3 weeks.

Everything else remained pretty much the same to the point JP had to warn me to back off on leg days otherwise he’d kill me if I got injured LOL.
