The fact you got this from a website that sells CoQ10 I’m not surprised they are pushing CoQ10 over Ubiquinol……
Also if you are going to use Ubiquinol then it must be Kaneka as it’s produced to be bio-identical to our own – https://www.kanekanutrients.com/kaneka-ubiquinol. This is what is in Jarrows brand.
Remember, Ubiquinol is a more efficient electron donor and you are essentially taking it to aid in cleaning up the oxidation stress of GSH production by mitochondria.

Guys….do not pay attention to ranges in blood tests…..these are based off populations and include people who are severely sick so the range gets skewed!!!!
That’s like saying 8 mmol test level is “normal” when we know its not….. and back in the 1970s the highest fasting glucose range was max 5.2 mmol yet today its closer to 7……..and they wonder why Type 2 diabetes goes unmanaged…….
TSH greater than 3 is indicating a problem (the lab range max is 5) with pituitary output.
I would not be taking a high TSH result lightly and combined with the fact your lymphocytes are/were elevated.
