TSH is too high.
Test is at 10mmol – I would suspect this is not a true reading and there is still some residual exogenous hormone in your body. You will need PCT if you want this to recover.
MCH is a little low indicating a possible iron deficiency.
CRP is elevated at 2 indicating inflammatory issues.
eGFR is LOW – I would retest or recalculate this using your BMI as you’re at Stage 2 CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) with this result.

Yes it would….TSH would get downregulated and you may sever the feedback loop to pituitary like AAS induced hypogonadism.
Definitely something not to run for the long term if you value not being on a thyroid med for life and having to balance the issue……
