I’m not really a big fan of orals in offseason; they should not be treated as an anabolic agent and rather be treat as an ergogenic aid pre-workout to increase training intensity and short term strength.

I would be addressing your Histamine pathway both intracellularly and extracellularly.
You may have an insudficent DAO enzyme and or leaky gut causing intracellular histamine to be released from damaged cells brought on by certain high histamine trigger foods.
An antihistamine will help to only mask the trigger.

When an estrogen test is done it’s more than likely an ELISA immunoassay. Due to the structure of tren and some of its metabolites it can bind during the assay to give high estrogen.
The low sex drive is more than likely a progesterone/prolactin issue. I’m assuming this is your first time using tren.
Upping adex will drive E2 into ground making things worse if you don’t know your prolactin and progesterone. You’re just attacking something without knowing it’s the real root cause.
I’d get further bloods done and include Thyroid also.
