I would take BP in morning and then at night before bed.
BP should dip at bedtime.
IF BP at night is elevated then there is a problem…….

Masteron Enanathate is not new lol…..
Drostanolne normally comes as a propionate ester. The Enanathate just gives the option of slower clearance and less pinning.

JDH you’ve got it spot on with the calculation but I would wait until end of week 5 so the residual dose is 35mg – remember daily natural production is arund 7mg lol.
The 4.5 life time rule is a great general rule for clearance though as you say !
Regarding the pharmacokinetics we have to also take into account the lipopilicity of the injected area when taking into consideration the clearance of the ester too. So someone with higher body fat will clear drugs much slower.
And this is why I don’t like Eq or Deca…you can imagine how long 600mg Eq or Deca takes to clear lol….it’s about 7 weeks after the last pin.

I don’t think Deca is really warranted in combination with Tren considering previous cycle.
I would pick ome of them rather than stacking the two together.

Regarding the clomid, dose it at bedtime so the side effect of depression are much lower and utilise a light therapy lamp to ensure you wake up in the morning and focus on supplementing with Phase 2 detoxification products like CDG and DIM.
When you dose the HCG is critical. We want all exogenous test to have cleared.
Remember pharmacokinietics….the half life of test e is 7-8 days so 250mg will take a little over 3 weeks to clear…and that’s only dosing 250….and not higher…
I’ve always prefered
2500 iu HCG EOD for 20 days
Then after the last shot of HCG begin 10 days of 40mg Nolva and 100mg Clomid.
Then 6-9 weeks of 40mg Nolva with 50 my clomid.
You can utilise an A.I to keep aromatase down during the HCG if you have high aromatase activity.The above is for a full HPTA recovery. You would not do this if you are going to cycle later that year…..

If utilizing insulin, no need for a GDA in my opinion as you shouldn’t be using insulin in the first place if sensitivity is poor.
You can still utilize R-ALA as an antioxidant but I would use it in meals earlier in the day.
Also for 6.30 p.m I would be very careful of the delayed onset biphasic peak which can occur with fast acting insulin (I’ve said this in a previous thread) which may result in going hypo if you don’t calculate your carb timings correctly to your body…..

I would not change any calories if things are progressing as your kcal are already high…..
I work as a Shift Engineer and I swap between a month of days and a month of nights and below is my routine for nights.
What you essentially want to do is reverse your day pattern to a night pattern as you are going to ruin your adrenals by constantly flipping.
My last blood test came back with normal cortisol and I’ve been using the below pattern now for 3 years……During Off Season:
I begin Nightshift on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.
I go to sleep a little later at 1 a.m Tuesday and sleep as long as possible.
Once I’m awake Wednesday I eat my Meal 1 and go back to sleep until 5 p.m and I then begin my normal day routine.During Prep:
I fast from Tuesday 1 a.m until Wednesday 5 p.m and I begin eating my normal routine.I finish on Saturday or Sunday morning and I will deliberately sleep only 2-3 hours (2 natural sleep cycles) then I get up and go about my routine as normal, going to bed at 11 p.m as normal.
