Its contains a cyclic dextrin encapsulated Berberine along with Cinnamon and Gynemma and Bitter Melon.
It’s very similar to the new Matador.
It will laid with insulin sensitivity but the Berberine may upset MPS but also have the benefit of being an antibacterial for bad gut flora.

Another thing most don’t consider is yeast on the skin also causing Acne, hence why Ketoconazole is often used for washing to help clear away and block the DHT receptor in the skin. Something to consider on top of an antibacterial exfoliating wash.
UVB light is also great for eradicating bacteria within the skin, so a 5-6 min sunbed once a week over time has good benefits…..

TSH is perfect.
T4 is a little low.

Based off the test result, there could be some kidney issue.

I would be careful with B6 supplementation due to the impact on the kidneys and the increase in methylation that can occur.
I would look first to optimise sleep hygiene first.
And your current sleep is pretty average.
If you are not falling asleep during the day etc, then that’s your natural setpoint.
I put up a post about this on Instagram not so long ago….some people unfortunately there genetics does not allow for deep sleep…..so optimise Sleep Hygiene!

There was an interesting study done on Sheep back in 1997 where they administered Primo and its affect on the development of the lat in protecting a transplanted heart which concluded it to cause a conversion of fast to slow twitch fibres.
Not something we really associate with Primo and having an effect on endurance when comparing to Eq 🙂

The liver toxicity has been studied but if you look at the numbers in the rise of ALT/AST its nothing compared to 17-alpha alkylated compounds……
And there’s mixed opinion towards the liver toxicity.

Fluid is normally approx. 50ml per 1 kg B.W
Sodium is normally then double your fluid intake.
E.g FLuid intake = 6.5 litres = 6500 ml so sodium intake should be 6,500 x 2 = 13,000mg = 32g Salt !
Strange potassium is not out of range or abnormal as sodium/potassium operate push/pull to each other.

You would just extend the cycle until done competing.
Then drop to cruise dose or come off and run PCT and most definitely bloods as This will show current health and how soon off season can begin.

When you ingest carbs pre workout do you get brain fog / bad concentration during the workout…..
OR
It’s a mental issue that you need to overcome, in that you mentally don’t like food in your stomach when training…..
Im starting to suspect it’s the latter…..
