Anything above 3 for TSH is a cause for concern toward hypothyroidism or a signalling issue to the pituitary to output more T4 from the thyroid.
Get a thyroid panel to get FT3 and RT3 as I said above.
Having FT3 (free levels of T3 (active thyroid hormone) and RT3 (Reverse T3; deactivated form of T3 which occurs in liver) will give a more accurate picture toward your thyroid.

Correct the conversion is 1 pg/mL = 0.272 pmol/L so yes its quite high (goes to show the importance of units of measurement ! )
I would begin with low dose A.I (preferably Type 1) to try bring it down to 24/25 as that would be a favourable ratio to the test.
As for how much, start low and re-test after 6 weeks.

RBC isn’t that high though in respect to HCT.
HBA1C is a little high at 35 so I’d be watching your morning fasted glucose levels.
I’d be a little worried of TSH at 7.
I’d definitely have a follow test for FT3 and RT3 as this is suggesting there is a dysfunction between pituitary and thyroid.
The fact that FSH is a little low suggests there could be a signalling issue there.
Especially as Estrogen is so low, I don’t see TBHG being the cause for the high TSH.Hypothetically its all good….
