    Is that 0.25mg, a quarter of tab of a pharmacy product?

    Different Test E ran to before?

    Again, 0.25mg of Adex 4x per week for 500mg Test E is a very low A.I dose considering.

    A high dose of an AAS compound in themself can cause anxiety and Boldenone would be a prime example. Is this the first time going to 500mg ?

    Like I said above I would not trust anything else other than Life Extensions or Solgar.

    Both have proven optimal absorption.

    Optimal dose is 400-800mg twice per day.

    Sounds more like anxiety to me as your adex does is still quire low.

    I can’t see attachment but front loading with fast acting esters is normally done to reach a rapid peak concentration which is then maintained by the long acting esters.
    As pointed out you need to be prepared for this large jump in dose and I don’t see any merit to running a fast acting ester to end as the slow acting will still be trying to clear.

    Most short acting insulin are biphasic so correct in that the first therapeutic peak is around 3 hrs with the second being around 5 hours. Therefore it would not be wise to sleep until approx 6 hours after dosing a fast acting insulin unless you are willing to have an alarm set to ensure you wake up to test BG during the second peak phase.

    Try and work a deal with a well known butcher.

    The Market butcher supply me with my meat after I discussed a deal with them as I’d buy monthly in bulk
    €7.50 per kg turkey
    €22.50 for 4.5kg chicken
    €5.50 per kg 95% lean beef.

    The rest from Aldi/Lidl/Tesco.

    I’d say the biggest cost per month would be supplements like Cyclic Dextrin and Peptopro.

    That’s correct but most people have a deficiency in alpha galactosidsse which is what breaks down cruciferous vegetables. Hence why a lot of people suffer poor digestion with broccoli and bad gas.I’d take a lot of Laynes stuff with a pinch of salt.
    100-150g green veg per meal is acceptable and especially for the fiber content.

    Decrease protein to 1g/lb and allocate the diffetreence to carbs.

    Increase overall calories by 20-30% and just have from carbs.

    Fat remains same or kept as low as possible

    There’s absolutely no difference between tinned salmon and fresh salmon once it’s not farmed, the fat content is exactly the same (around 5-10% fat)

    The only difference is bones are normally in the tinned version due to the crushing.

    Asia do both with and without bones.

    Agree with the floss band. Really helps to warm up area. Wrap above and below knee. Lye on ground with knee bent restong on bemch and extend leg upward. Then work through all ranges of motion like squat, lunge etc before removing them.

  • Just because 500-600mg worked in the past doesn’t mean it won’t work into the future.

    If strength and bodyweight staled on last cycle and you maximised potential on recovery and food then of course the next hypothetical step would be to increase dose or add another anabolic compound at low dose.

    You won’t find a scientific study as it’s common sense towards the therapeutic window and pharmacokinetics.

    So to answer start at you’re last cycle effective dose. If you have everything maximised truely then consider an increase in dose.
