We will more than likely mini cut soon as starting to deposit in my fat areas now.Some good news and some bad.
Good news was after fascia release Thursday morning by Brian, Dr Conn managed to adjust my left rib finally back in meaning no more shoulder pain or bicep tendon issues. He had tried the previous month but it wouldn’t go. Again another example like my right side where the movement of the fascia is important to dictate a manipulation.
Bad news is my left hamstring as I said a while back was giving me bother like a stretching pulling sensation when lifting leg or bending over. Glenn was abel to find the root of the problem as a tear in my adductor/hamstring/glute tie in which happened probably 8 or 9 weeks ago which has resulted in a knot at the insertion after probably healing incorrectly. I don’t know when I done it but I’m suspecting the Adductor Stack + 50kg may have contributed weeks ago.
Anyway, Glenn managed to mobilise the area and work of the tissue so will just mean resting from direct adductor work until he has it sorted.Irish Muscle Power this Sunday with JP and Kuba.
