Test should be way higher than 5 even if you were running 100mg Prop EOD and you took bloods only a week after stopping. I would expect somewhere high 20s.
I’m assuming you also ran an AI due to your low estrogen??I would hold off on running a cycle as your liver is still quite elevated and the fact LDL was ND means your Triglycerides were high.

I think the reason behind the why bodybuilders can’t give blood is possibly due to an argument to be made against needle sharing etc. Most blood is filtered, treated and spun into the different fractions. Infectious diseases however cannot be removed from the blood which is why you cannot also give blood if you have had the flu in the 10 days before or after.

It is a separate class of compound to testosterone being more similar to 19-nors.
I know there I’d big hype around the compound now but it was developed in the 60s. The only reason it has become so popular is due to the hypothesis that it won’t negatively affect the hpta due to being such a strong androgen receptor binder and the fact it does not concert to dht. However this compound was originally developed as a male contraceptive so the suppression is very real.

You’re quite lean from the back but midsection and waist still has a bit to go.
I wouldn’t be worrying about the cycle side of things over your training and diet.

Being natural it is possible to still progress lifts whilst dieting but adding new tissue whilst in a deficit is going to be a lot harder when unassisted as the hormonal environment won’t be optimal for this to occur.
As for volume, see how body responds to current volume if deficit is small to begin with and adjust as diet progresses and recovery begins to suffer.

I remember when Carnivor first came out and I tried the blue raspberry. The taste was really bad and same went for the chocolate flavour too. Have never gone back near beef isolate since.
You could try Hemp and Pea protein also as favoured by vegans but you’ll miss out on some essential amino acids
