I’d drop the whole eggs pre in favour of whey and move the 15g fats to later meals.
and I’d swap meal 6 and 7 so as you are getting the benefit of the slower digesting yoghurt throughout night.

I would perhaps raise carbs up slightly on your training days if your NEAT level is fairly high. Possibly 300g and adjust from there.

Also most people’s form on side lateral raises is shocking and there is too much swing and trap involvement.
You could try them with a slight bend in knee with back to wall and focus on pushing hands out to your side to activate the lateral delt.
Most people fail to initiate the activation of the lateral delt prior to doing a lateral raise.

I don’t find rest really helps me much so just have to be vigilent with release therapy. Normally its a tight tricep which contribute to the problem so I’d make sure to actively stretch your forearm and triceps.

I would take morning temperature before getting out of bed for 5 days and see what the average is.
If average is consistent between 36-37 oC then I don’t think its an issue

Start with roughly 15kcal x bodyweight in lb as a rough guide or Google TDEE calculator. The result will be close to the same.
Start with 1.5g /lb for protein, then a minimum of 15% to fats (9kcal per gram) and then the remaining calories to carbs (4kcal per gram).
You should be neither gaining or losing weight once you find your maintenance kcal.
Then it’s a matter of decreasing by 10-20% either by food reduction or an increase in NEAT or exercise.

I have heard from people the below protocol to be very effective
Week 1-3: 10mg TB / week
Week 4-6: 5mg TB / weekDays 1-25: 1mg BPC daily in the affected tendon area
As mentioned above, it can be quite costly to run.

Depends how far behind you are as I said, photo would have given a good indication of where you are.
How is weight changing with the current dosage? Cardio and food?

I wouldn’t be increasing T3 by 12.5mg EW just for the sake of it. There would have to be a merit to increasing the dosage.
You’re either really far behind or you’re consuming way too many calories and your coach is just relying on the T3.
Post show, taper down to 25 mcg before stopping completely and have thyroid tested after 21 days to see where natural TSH, FT3 and FT4 is.
