    I’d drop the t3 back to 25mcg. Don’t know the logic behind your PT having you at 50mcg unless he’s just trying to get fast results out of you. T3 should only be utilised if your thyroid has dropped due to intense dieting and fat loss has stalled.

  • Trust me, vascularity is not judged – my father is an IFBB judge.

    A teaspoon of salt normally does the trick for people prior to stage if the meal 2 hour before the stage covers all 3 (something like a subway sandwich or a granola bar). Really depends on the sensitivity of your stomach.

    Don’t forget being ultra lean will aid in vasuclarity.

    As for blood pressure, sodium will raise B.P and staying warm will encourage vasodiliation.

  • Vascularity is mainly controlled by blood pressure – high B.P = more vascularity.

    A mixture of sodium,carbs and fats prior to pumping up will enhance vascularity and keeping warm before going on stage will also help.

    Just remember vascularity is not judged by judges and is not a judging criteria. It may look freaky on stage to be covered in veins but it certainly won’t earn you places if someone has more muscle mass or better symmetry than you.

    If I remember correctly there was study done using oxy for a long period of time and liver enzymes returned to baseline quite quickly afterward. 4 to 6 weeks would be more than enough time to get benefit from it strength wise. And yes take it with your preworkout meal roughly 2 hours before training.

    It’s perfectly acceptable to drink the morning of a blood test. The reason for fasting is ingested fats may skew your lipid result. Not drinking will also have a negative effect on your blood glucose of you are dehydrated.

    Doesn’t seem like much cause for concern; you have been slightly dehydrated.
    If in doubt, rest 3 full days before next test. Your protein isn’t really that very high at 1g / lb if you are training intensely

    What’s current protein intake?

    What were values of blood test? Was test taken fasted? Did you train the day before?

    It may have possibly been a surge in progesterone due to the Trenbolone causing adrenal fatigue. May be best to avoid if you are going to be susceptible to this

    Depends.

    Can be taken at night if your very susceptible to shakes (you’ll shake the majority in your sleep) provided you take taurine alongside it to counter the taurine depletion within the liver that clen can cause.

    Otherwise can be taken in A.M before fasted cardio to take advantage of it’s stimulant effect.

    10 days of front loading the prop is a bit much in my opinion. 2-3 days is more than sufficient if you’re looking to reach a high plasma concentration quickly to augment the enanthate.

    I would hypothetically run the oxys as a preworkout as a strength boost during the session. It would also mean you’ll have rest days were you dont take them so sides are reduced.

    As proviron is a methylated version of DHT there can be possible DHT side effects of hair loss etc (that is if you are genetically dis positioned to having DHT side effects.)

    It could be unfortunately genetic that your SBHG is high as your E2 was mide range. You wouldn’t know until after taking it what will happen to your SBHG to root cause what is driving the issue.
